Refund policy
Returns
We stand behind everything we sell. All items go through extensive quality checks before the item is shipped to you.
Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To lodge a return request please send us an email at hello@rebelroseboutique.co.za and stipulate whether the item is for an exchange due to size or for a refund as well as the reason for return. The request needs to be emailed to us and returned within 7 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
The item needs to be unused, in the same condition that you received it in, returned in original packaging, tag attached and no marks or odour on the garment.
Please note: If we receive the garment and these conditions are not met, the garment will be shipped back to you.
Types of goods are exempted from being exchanged such as swimwear and lingerie for hygienic reasons.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Perfumes
- Accessories
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items
Unfortunately we will not issue an exchange or refund on sale items.
Returns
Our returns policy only covers items that have a manufacturing defect and does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
If the item has a manufacturing fault please send us your order details as well as photographic proof the same day the item was delivered to you. We will review and provide you with feedback. If the item does have a manufacturing fault we will happily refund you or replace the item, if we are able to do so. We will not be held responsible for wear and tear.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If the garment needs to be exchanged for another size, please send us an email at hello@rebelroseboutique.co.za to enquire if another size is available. If the item is not available in another size, we will offer you store credit or a refund for made to order items.
Made to order items- Once an exchange is granted there will be a 10 to 15 working day delivery lead time on the new item.
Once exchange is confirmed, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost, once received in good condition, we will send you the replacement item at our cost.
Once an exchange has been completed, a refund will not be applicable and further exchanges will not be accepted.
International orders will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should courier your product to: Rebel Rose Boutique (LTD)PTY,112 True N Rd, Mulbarton, Johannesburg, 2059 , South Africa
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange unless the item is damaged or defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For any enquirers please send a picture of the item you would like to exchange as well as your info and we will get back to with shipping cost and availability.
For international orders :
Please email us within the allowed time frame
Return the item(s) to the address below, shipping will be covered by the customer.
If you would like us to book the return we will send you a payment link with the shipping fee before the booking is made.
Refunds
- Refunds on items made to order will be charged a 25% handling fee, due to the difficulty of selling a one off item.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused - Please take care of the items that you have received and return it in the same condition that you received it in. Items will be assessed on arrival and refund approval will be determined.
- Rebel Rose Boutique reserves the right to refund the order amount excluding delivery fee.
Refunds are not applicable on the following items :
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
- Gift cards
- SALE items (excluding store wide sales)
- Items in-store and readily available
- Exchanged items
Refunds will only be valid on items made to order and if the order is returned within 7 days of you receiving the item. You will be liable for the return of the item, Rebel Rose Boutique can organize the order to be couriered back to us at the shipping cost deducted from your refund.
Readily available (in-store) items will issued store credit.
Refunds will either be made directly to your account or by refunding the amount via Payflex or Payfast. If the refund is made directly to your account we will require your banking details, refunds take between 4-8 working days.
Canceling your order
- Orders from "made to order" can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment has been received.
- Rebel Rose Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order with notice due to payment, customs and material shortage issues.
